Order Cancellation & Returns Policy

  • We do not accept CANCELLATIONS, MODIFICATIONS, OR SWAPS once an order has been placed.

  • All purchases are final. REFUNDS, RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES are NOT Permitted unless the item is confirmed to be significantly damaged (see damage policy below).

Damaged Item Video Requirement (Mandatory for Claims)

To report a damaged or missing item, you must provide:

  • A full uncut parcel opening video.

  • The video must be recorded in real time (no pauses, edits, or cuts).

  • All items must be clearly shown on camera.

  • The recording must end only after all contents have been checked.

Claims submitted without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.

 

Return Eligibility

We do not accept returns for a change of mind. All sales are final.

A return will only be considered if:

  • The item is damaged or faulty and has been approved by our team.

  • The item is unused, unworn, with original tags attached, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is provided.

  • You contact us immediately upon receiving your order regarding any issue.

           If your return is approved:

  • The item must be shipped back within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Parcel tracking details must be provided.

  • Please keep a copy of your shipping receipt and tracking information.

Important: Do not send items back without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

 

Store Credit Policy

 

  • Approved returns will be issued as store credit only.

  • Store credit is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

  • No cash refunds will be provided.

 

 

Strictly No Returns or Refunds For

 

  • Missing minor pearls or stones

  • Minor scratches, loose hooks, or glued stones

  • Slight color variations due to lighting or screen resolution

  • Minor handmade imperfections (e.g., small loose threads)

 

Damage Claims 

 

  • All postal damage or insurance claims must be lodged directly with your local post office.

  • Damaged parcels must be returned to the post office in their original condition with all items included.

  • The courier company will assess the damage.

  • Please allow 3+ weeks for claim processing.

 

Shipping & Dispatch

 

  • Orders are shipped via Australia Post.

  • Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

  • Express: 2–3 business days

  • Standard: 7–10 business days

International Shipping

  • Express: Up to 10 business days

  • Standard: Up to 24 business days

Delivery times may vary due to customs, postal delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Pickup Policy

 

  • Pickup orders must be collected within 4 weeks of notification.

  • Orders not collected within this timeframe will be cancelled without refund.

 

Return-to-Sender Policy

 

If a parcel is returned due to:

  • Failed delivery attempts, or

  • Not being collected from the post office

The customer is responsible for paying the shipping fee to have the parcel re-sent.

Shipping Insurance Policy

  • All orders valued under $100 include complimentary insurance.

  • If you would like additional insurance coverage, please select the Insurance & Shipping option at checkout.

  • If Extra Cover is not purchased and your parcel is lost or damaged, you may still be eligible for compensation of up to $100..

  • Refunds can only be processed once we receive confirmation and advice from the postal carrier.

    Claims for lost, missing, or damaged items are assessed solely by Australia Post.

International Orders – Shipping & Insurance

  • Shipping and insurance are available for international orders. Please contact our team on whatsapp for more information.

If reshipping fees are not paid within 4 weeks, the order will be cancelled without refund.
